SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALLOW 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
If you order on Friday past 4pm pst your order will be shipped the following Monday.
All orders placed on the weekend and/or holidays (Saturday/Sunday) will be processed the following business day.
All orders are trackable and once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Escamex Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered and tracked to the address that was provided.
RETURN INFORMATION
ALL ESCAMEXIC INC. ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
There are no returns on Escamex Inc. items unless they arrive damaged or you receive an item that you did not order. Exchanges on merchandise, customer must pay return shipping and re-order the correct items themselves.
If you receive an item that is damage or not as described, please email us at support@escamexinc.com and we can let you know if you are eligible for a return or exchange for the item in question.
